BigBeads B.V. is the controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Visiting this website

This website has no user accounts, no webshop, no online payments, no newsletter sign-up and no contact forms. You can browse it without providing any personal information.

The website is hosted via Lovable. As with any website, the hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website securely. We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Photographs, videos and the homepage audio are hosted as part of the website itself; we do not embed YouTube, Vimeo or similar players.

3. When you contact us

If you call or email us, we process the details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number and information about your project, to answer your question, prepare a quotation or arrange a visit. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our legal (including tax) retention obligations.

4. External links

This website links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Maps and Best in Interior. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those services apply. No data is shared with them until you click.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting and email providers) or where we are legally required to. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
